Cylinder group
For the cylindergroup it is absolutly fundamental to follow a spacific sequence otherwise you will encounter problems.
First check all the holes and threads on the cylinderblock.
1. Check the fitting of the sparkplugs.
2. Conecting the sparkplugcable tube holder.
3. Attach the carburetter to the carb. support.
4. Attach the throthle handles to the carb.
5 Attach the connecting tube to the cylinderblock.
6 Put the sparkplugs in place.
7 Attach the carburettor set to the cylinderblock.
8 Attach the fuelcamber to the carburettors.

Later on in the process I found a problem that the sparkplugs were to high( to long ) and It was not possible to mount the carburetter fuel chamber.

You need to make a thread of 2 mm to use bolt nr 11
Make sure it fits right because the sparkplug cable tube needs a good support.

3. Attach the carburetter to the carb. support.
When you attach the carburettor to its support do not use the complete carburettor. The fuel chamber will be attached at the last moment.
You need to drill holes of 0,9 mm to be able to mount the carburettor to the support.
Only drill one hole and put the small black screw in place with a hammer and drift.
Pay attention the center point given to the supp.block do not match.
When you fixed one bolt then drill the second hole and put the bolt in place.

5 Attach the connecting part to the cylinderblock.
Before you assamble the connecting part to the cylinderlock you need to attach it first to the small aluminium block. Use the 2mm black Bugatti bolts.

6 Put the sparkplugs in place.
7 Attach the carburettor set to the cylinderblock.
First the right one using screw nr 4.
Pay attention this screw gos into the aire intake of the carburettor. ( my screw was to long so I shortened the screw ) that is one of the reasons why you could not attach the fuel cahamber to the carb.
Next step is to take the small brass connecting part and put it in place to the right support and then take the left carb. set and slide it in place .
First the right one using screw nr 4.
Pay attention this screw gos into the aire intake of the carburettor. ( my screw was to long so I shortened the screw ) that is one of the reasons why you could not attach the fuel cahamber to the carb.
Next step is to take the small brass connecting part and put it in place to the right support and then take the left carb. set and slide it in place .
8 Attach the fuel chambers to the carburettors.
